SAS Plasmart was established in 1979 by Sally Skull whilst working in the field of child development.

A close associate – Susannah Temple – thought of, and then developed the idea of
the hookboard for child cognitive development. Susannah, a qualified teacher, has spent over 20 years working in the field of child development.

the hookboard was successfully launched 10 years ago and, amongst others, is used internationally by occupational therapists and allied health professionals.
